Peanut butter cookies

A quick and tasty snack

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg (beaten)

Method

Prepare a baking tray by lining with greaseproof paper. Heat oven to 200C Gas 6
Mix all ingredients and spoon on to prepared tray and flatten out. Cook in preheated oven for 15 minutes.
Cool on a wire tray and Enjoy.
