BANGERS and MASH with ONION GRAVY

Bangers and Mash with Onion Gravy. Another poular family meal

Ingredients

  • Oil
  • large sausages
  • large onion
  • gravy granules
  • large tin baked beans
  • pototoes
  • your chosen vegetables
 
 

Method

Grill sausages until thoroughly cooked.

Slice and cook onion in a pan sprayed with low fat oil.

Boil potatoes and mash them with a knob of butter or a little semi-skimmed milk.

Make gravy with gravy granules and pour over sausages and onions. Make sure all is piping hot.

Heat baked beans and any other vegetable

Serve immediately
